About contacting The Princeton Review
Before contacting The Princeton Review about learning and course services, decide which part of the request needs attention. Check who supplied the course access: the provider, an employer, a school or another seller. Check the source beside the route for regional details before you proceed.
- Keep student IDs, classroom links and passwords out of public feedback.
- For an enrollment question, locate the confirmation and the provider’s current course conditions.
- Completion, access and refund decisions belong to the course provider, not this contact reference.
